Meet Lillian, a lifelong equestrian enthusiast whose journey with horses began at the tender age of 4. With a profound love for these majestic animals, she acquired her first pony at 5 and embarked on her competitive journey in local circuits.

Throughout her formative years, Lillian had the privilege of training with renowned mentors in Colorado, honing her skills across various disciplines including hunter/jumper, western pleasure, reining, cutting, dressage, natural horsemanship, and colt starting. Recognizing the value of versatility in equitation and horsemanship, she embraced a well-rounded approach to her riding career.

Her participation in Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) paved the way for a scholarship to ride with the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) during her college years, where she gained profound respect for western disciplines.

​

Upon returning home, Lillian, alongside Kenna, decided to turn their shared passion for horses into a business venture. Firmly believing that continuous learning is the key to success in the equestrian world, Lillian remains dedicated to her own education, training under several Grand Prix riders while preparing her young imported gelding, Ludwig, for higher-level competitions.

As an instructor and trainer, Lillian instills in her students the values of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering dedication to their goals. She emphasizes the importance of building a strong foundation rooted in trust and positive relationships with equine partners. In her program, riders are encouraged to work through challenges with their horses, supported by guidance and understanding rather than a quick fix mentality.

Lillian's vision extends beyond individual success; she is committed to nurturing the next generation of riders who will carry forward Colorado's rich equestrian legacy. With her unwavering passion and commitment to excellence, Lillian inspires young riders to overcome obstacles and embrace the journey towards equestrian mastery.

Meet Kenna, her equestrian journey began at the age of nine, igniting a lifelong passion for riding and competition. By the age of ten, she was already making her mark in the equestrian world, starting with local schooling shows before progressing to the CHJA and USEF circuits.

 

In addition to her experience in Hunter ring, Kenna explored a variety of disciplines, including Barrel Racing, Gymkhanas, and even trick riding with her personal horse. This diverse background has equipped her with valuable experience in training both horses and riders across multiple disciplines.

 

With a heart for education and a degree in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan State University, Kenna has a special affinity for working with children. Her background includes teaching preschool and gymnastics, fostering a deep appreciation for the joy of watching young riders develop their skills and achieve their goals in the equestrian arena.  Her experience and passion for education, translates directly into her approach to hunter jumper training and engaging kids through a strong foundation of skills and horsemanship, and a wholly positive and upbeat approach to her training style. 

 

Driven by the satisfaction of witnessing her students' progress and accomplishments, Kenna is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the equestrian industry. Her passion for teaching and her love for horses converge in a rewarding journey of guiding riders towards their full potential.
